Frequently asked questions about propipe.dot

Could a lookalike .PAY domain harm customer trust?

.PAY is sensitive because it signals money movement, so lookalike domains can confuse customers. Check your exact brand and obvious variants at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. Registration is one brand-protection layer, not a full anti-phishing program.

Does propipe.dot support IPv6 with AAAA records?

Yes. You can publish AAAA records for propipe.dot pointing at your IPv6 addresses alongside the IPv4 A records. Dual-stack DNS on propipe.dot lets IPv6-only clients reach your site directly. Add the AAAA values in your DNS panel just like A records.

How should a regulated fintech think about .PAY and financial licensing when choosing bank.pay?

The .PAY LRP policy does not make owning a domain a financial license. LRP1 eligibility is tied to conducting online payment transactions through an approved Payment Service Provider or third-party payment processor and payment-related use. Use domain.pay for the domain path: https://domain.pay/register; ask counsel about licensing.

Can I register propipe.dot for a client or third party?

You can place a pre-order or priority request for propipe.dot on behalf of a client, with the registrant details for propipe.dot set in the order. For trademark priority, the SMD file must match the owner of the mark. Set up the propipe.dot order at https://domain.pay/register.

Where can I generate .PAY ideas for mobile money?

For mobile money, brainstorm short, action-oriented .PAY labels and then verify them in the domain.pay catalog/search: https://domain.pay/domains. Good candidates are clear, memorable and tied to payment actions like checkout, billing, wallet funding, payouts or invoices.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
