Frequently asked questions about nullpointer.dot

How much does it cost to pre-order a .PAY domain for mobile money?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

How does NicNames verify my SMD signature for nullpointer.dot?

NicNames checks the cryptographic signature embedded in your SMD against the Trademark Clearinghouse's trust chain before granting priority on nullpointer.dot. If the signature and mark match the nullpointer.dot string, the claim proceeds. A broken or mismatched signature blocks priority on nullpointer.dot. Submit a valid file at https://domain.pay/register.

What is TMCH and why does it matter for .PAY when choosing link.pay?

TMCH is the Trademark Clearinghouse. For .PAY priority registration, the trademark record must be validated and the registrant needs a matching SMD file. domain.pay can help start the fast-track or submission path: https://domain.pay/register. Begin early because TMCH handling takes time.

What is a registrar lock and should nullpointer.dot have one?

A registrar (transfer) lock prevents nullpointer.dot from being moved without your explicit approval, guarding against hijacking. Keep nullpointer.dot locked except during a deliberate transfer. You can toggle the lock for nullpointer.dot in your account's domain settings.

How do I know if subscriptions.pay is available for a brand-protection manager?

Search the exact .PAY label at domain.pay to see current availability and premium status: https://domain.pay/domains. Availability can change quickly during launch phases, so verify before publishing names, ads or product screens.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
