Frequently asked questions about zinc.dot

Is there VIP help for a large .PAY pre-order portfolio for a payroll platform?

domain.pay says customers with pre-orders over $8,888 may qualify for VIP handling, dedicated support and more tailored failed-registration solutions. Review the current VIP language on the pricing page: https://domain.pay/pricing. Large portfolios should still expect availability and premium checks.

Are reserved names like zinc.dot ever sold separately?

Reserved labels are withheld by Amazon Registry Services and aren't generally sold; whether zinc.dot could ever be released depends entirely on registry policy. We don't bypass reservations. Since registry status can change, re-check zinc.dot at https://domain.pay/domains.

Why might a .PAY pre-order fail even after I pay for mobile money?

A .PAY pre-order can fail if the name is registered earlier, classified as premium, reserved, blocked, refused by registry policy or lost to another faster submission. Search and order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains, and review its credit/cash-refund options.

Will switching from a .com to zinc.dot cost me SEO traffic?

A move to zinc.dot only risks traffic if it's done without proper 301 redirects from every old URL to its match on zinc.dot. With correct redirects, a canonical update, and a Search Console change-of-address, rankings transfer over time. Plan the migration to zinc.dot carefully and monitor results.

Are IDN .PAY domains allowed for online checkout?

IDN .PAY names may be possible only in supported scripts and must meet registry rules. Use domain.pay to check the exact label and punycode-style status before planning a launch: https://domain.pay/register. Availability, premium and policy restrictions still apply.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
