Frequently asked questions about zela.dot

What if my trademark has spaces or special characters and I want .PAY for crypto payments?

.PAY Sunrise follows identical-match rules for the trademark text, including how spaces and some special characters are handled. Do not guess the label; check it through domain.pay and use the trademark path if eligible: https://domain.pay/register. A valid TMCH/SMD record may be required.

How many people can pre-order zela.dot at once?

There is no fixed cap on how many applicants pre-order zela.dot; multiple requests for zela.dot can exist in the queue, which is why a pre-order reserves your place rather than guaranteeing the name. Unfulfilled pre-orders are refundable per the stated policy. Pre-order at https://domain.pay/register.

Where do I enter the .PAY label I want to check for an ecommerce brand?

Go to domain.pay and enter the .PAY label you want: https://domain.pay/register. The website checks availability and helps you choose between pre-order, trademark fast-track, or a different name if the label is already taken or premium.

What is DNSSEC and can I enable it for zela.dot?

DNSSEC cryptographically signs DNS responses so resolvers can detect tampering for zela.dot. If your DNS host and the registry support it, you publish a DS record so zela.dot is validated end to end. Enable DNSSEC for zela.dot only when both sides are configured to avoid resolution failures.

As an event ticketing business, what is the quickest path to secure a .PAY domain for an event ticketing business?

Start at domain.pay, search the label, then choose the right path: trademark fast-track if you qualify, or pre-order for a first-day attempt when broader access opens. Use this page: https://domain.pay/register. Registration is subject to registry rules and availability.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
