Frequently asked questions about yuz.dot

When does the .PAY LRP1 period begin when choosing cloud.pay?

ICANN currently lists .PAY Limited Registration Period 1 from July 20, 2026 to February 1, 2027. LRP1 has payment-transaction eligibility and use restrictions. Check your domain path through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register.

Can I transfer yuz.dot between entities within my company safely?

Yes. NicNames can transfer yuz.dot between affiliated entities while preserving continuous ownership of the yuz.dot name, which keeps protection intact. Keep registrant records accurate so the chain of control is clear in any future dispute. https://domain.pay/

Can a company that only plans future payments register .PAY during LRP1 for online checkout?

A business that only plans future payments should be careful: LRP1 is written around registrants that conduct online payment transactions using approved processing channels. If you cannot qualify, use domain.pay to pre-order for broader availability: https://domain.pay/register.

Does yuz.dot help with cross-border payments?

A .PAY name like yuz.dot reads the same in any market, so international customers recognize the payment intent without translation. That universality makes yuz.dot a clean hub for global checkout links. Reserve it at https://domain.pay/register.

Can I transfer a .PAY LRP domain to someone else for crypto payments?

A .PAY name registered during an LRP may be transferred only to a new registrant that fulfills the same LRP eligibility criteria. For registration or pre-order assistance, start at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. Do not buy or sell LRP names without confirming eligibility.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
