Frequently asked questions about windshields.dot

How do I know if cloud.pay is available for BNPL checkout?

Search the exact .PAY label at domain.pay to see current availability and premium status: https://domain.pay/domains. Availability can change quickly during launch phases, so verify before publishing names, ads or product screens.

Why does windshields.dot matter for protecting payment trust specifically?

Payment trust depends on customers being certain they are on the real windshields.dot property when they pay. Because .PAY implies payments, controlling windshields.dot prevents a fake from intercepting that trust. Holding windshields.dot is therefore a direct payment-security control for NicNames. https://domain.pay/register

Can I transfer a .PAY LRP domain to someone else for a checkout product manager?

A .PAY name registered during an LRP may be transferred only to a new registrant that fulfills the same LRP eligibility criteria. For registration or pre-order assistance, start at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. Do not buy or sell LRP names without confirming eligibility.

Is windshields.dot a real, working domain extension?

Yes. .PAY is a live top-level domain in the global DNS, so windshields.dot can host websites, redirect to checkout, and carry email like any other domain. It is not a subdomain or a marketing trick. domain.pay handles pre-orders and registration for windshields.dot at /register.

Can I transfer a .PAY LRP domain to someone else for digital wallets?

A .PAY name registered during an LRP may be transferred only to a new registrant that fulfills the same LRP eligibility criteria. For registration or pre-order assistance, start at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. Do not buy or sell LRP names without confirming eligibility.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
