Frequently asked questions about willcom.dot

Can I use my own SMD file and pay less for a .PAY submission for payroll disbursements?

If you already have a valid TMCH-issued SMD file, domain.pay lists the submission-handling path at $100 plus any applicable premium retail fee. Check the current pricing and requirements here: https://domain.pay/pricing. The SMD must match the requested .PAY label.

Does willcom.dot support email forwarding without a full mailbox?

Yes. Many providers offer email forwarding that routes addresses at willcom.dot to an existing inbox without hosting a full mailbox. Add the provider's MX records for willcom.dot, then map the forwards. It's a lightweight way to use willcom.dot for contact addresses.

Where can I see already-registered .PAY domains?

Use domain.pay to search the live label and review already-registered .PAY examples: https://domain.pay/domains. If your first choice is already registered or not available, domain.pay can help you browse alternatives or pre-order a different name.

Why does customer-facing payment make willcom.dot worth defending?

Any name where customers expect to pay, like willcom.dot, directly affects whether they trust NicNames with their money. A compromised willcom.dot payment address turns trust into a liability, which is why defending willcom.dot is a priority. https://domain.pay/register

Is there a cash refund option for a failed .PAY pre-order for mobile money?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
