Frequently asked questions about weds.dot

Are short .PAY names always available when choosing travel.pay?

Short .PAY names are attractive but can be registered, premium, reserved or blocked. Do not assume availability from length alone. Search at domain.pay and verify before building a campaign: https://domain.pay/domains.

Is weds.dot useful for a pre-order campaign?

Pre-orders ask customers to pay before delivery, so hosting them on weds.dot frames the commitment around a trusted payment address. The clear .PAY name can lift confidence in paying early. Reserve it at https://domain.pay/register.

What should trademark counsel do before July 20, 2026 for .PAY for BNPL checkout?

Trademark owners should act before the July 20, 2026 .PAY priority deadline. domain.pay also notes that TMCH support should begin earlier, by July 10, 2026. Check your label and start here: https://domain.pay/register. Late action may push you into later phases.

Why would weds.dot be unavailable even during general availability?

weds.dot may stay unavailable during general availability if the registry has reserved or already allocated weds.dot, or designated it premium with different terms. The domain.pay flow flags any such status for weds.dot. Check the current status of weds.dot at https://domain.pay/register.

How is a .PAY name different from a regular .com for crypto payments?

A .PAY name immediately signals a payment-related destination, while .com is more general. For crypto payments, that can make the URL easier to understand. Check availability and pre-order options at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/. The usual registry and premium-name rules still apply.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
