Frequently asked questions about wearedata.dot

Who qualifies for a .PAY domain in the Limited Registration Period for loan repayments?

During LRP1, .PAY eligibility is limited to registrants that conduct payment transactions online using an approved Payment Service Provider or third-party payment processor, with payment-related use. For registration help, use domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. Separate financial licensing depends on your activity and jurisdiction.

What is the risk of a competitor registering wearedata.dot?

A competitor holding wearedata.dot could divert customers searching for your wearedata.dot payment name or sow confusion about who is official. Because .PAY implies payments, that confusion is especially harmful. Registering wearedata.dot yourself removes the opening. https://domain.pay/register

Can I renew a .PAY domain after registration for mobile money?

.PAY names can be renewed through the registrar path if registry and registrar rules are met and renewal fees are paid. domain.pay explains the customer registration route here: https://domain.pay/register. Keep contact details current to avoid lifecycle problems.

Why does wearedata.dot show as a pre-order instead of buy now?

wearedata.dot shows as a pre-order because the registry has not yet opened wearedata.dot for instant registration; a pre-order queues your request until it does. .PAY launch phases are controlled by Amazon Registry Services. Place your pre-order for wearedata.dot at https://domain.pay/register.

For crypto payments, how do I choose between trademark fast-track and pre-order?

Yes. If you do not have a matching trademark, use domain.pay to pre-order a first-day registration attempt for broader availability: https://domain.pay/register. A pre-order is not a guarantee; the name may become unavailable, premium, reserved or blocked before submission.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
