Frequently asked questions about virb.dot

Can I pre-register a .PAY name without a trademark for payroll disbursements?

Yes. If you do not have a matching trademark, use domain.pay to pre-order a first-day registration attempt for broader availability: https://domain.pay/register. A pre-order is not a guarantee; the name may become unavailable, premium, reserved or blocked before submission.

Is it worth protecting virb.dot if my brand is mostly local?

Yes. Local brands still take payments, and a fraudster impersonating your virb.dot name can defraud your nearby customers just as easily. Because the cost is a $100 refundable pre-order, even a regional NicNames benefits from owning virb.dot. https://domain.pay/register

How does the first-day .PAY pre-order attempt work for BNPL checkout?

Yes. If you do not have a matching trademark, use domain.pay to pre-order a first-day registration attempt for broader availability: https://domain.pay/register. A pre-order is not a guarantee; the name may become unavailable, premium, reserved or blocked before submission.

Who is eligible for VIP priority on a premium virb.dot?

Any registered customer can request VIP priority handling for virb.dot, including when the registry has classified virb.dot as premium, since VIP only governs queue speed and not the registry fee. Eligibility does not depend on the price tier of virb.dot. Request VIP at https://domain.pay/pricing.

Does .PAY automatically improve SEO rankings for crypto payments?

.PAY is a branding and relevance signal, not an automatic SEO ranking boost. Use it when it improves payment-page clarity and user trust, then follow normal SEO practices. Start by securing or pre-ordering the domain at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
