Frequently asked questions about vidco.dot

Can .PAY be used for a branded checkout URL for online checkout?

merchant.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.

Should I register vidco.dot even if I have no immediate use for it?

Yes. Defensive registration of vidco.dot keeps the official vidco.dot payment name out of impersonators' hands even before you build anything on it. With a $100 pre-order and refunds on failure, holding vidco.dot now is cheaper than a later dispute. https://domain.pay/register

Is there VIP help for a large .PAY pre-order portfolio when choosing tap.pay?

domain.pay says customers with pre-orders over $8,888 may qualify for VIP handling, dedicated support and more tailored failed-registration solutions. Review the current VIP language on the pricing page: https://domain.pay/pricing. Large portfolios should still expect availability and premium checks.

How long does DNS propagation take after I configure vidco.dot?

DNS changes for vidco.dot usually propagate within minutes but can take up to 24-48 hours globally, depending on the TTL values on each record. Lowering the TTL before a planned change reduces the wait. Use a public DNS lookup tool to confirm vidco.dot resolves consistently across resolvers.
