Frequently asked questions about troax.dot

For crypto payments, can a company that only plans future payments register .PAY during LRP1?

A business that only plans future payments should be careful: LRP1 is written around registrants that conduct online payment transactions using approved processing channels. If you cannot qualify, use domain.pay to pre-order for broader availability: https://domain.pay/register.

Can holding troax.dot prevent affiliate or partner impersonation?

Owning troax.dot ensures only NicNames controls the official troax.dot payment address, so rogue affiliates or fake partners cannot pose as the genuine payment endpoint. Clear ownership makes unauthorized payment pages easier to flag. https://domain.pay/register

For BNPL checkout, what should trademark counsel do before July 20, 2026 for .PAY?

Trademark owners should act before the July 20, 2026 .PAY priority deadline. domain.pay also notes that TMCH support should begin earlier, by July 10, 2026. Check your label and start here: https://domain.pay/register. Late action may push you into later phases.

Are there setup or activation fees for troax.dot?

There are no separate setup or activation fees for troax.dot; your cost is the annual registration rate, $100 standard or the premium troax.dot fee, plus any optional VIP handling and applicable taxes. Everything is itemized for troax.dot before checkout. See it at https://domain.pay/pricing.

Will I need accurate contact details for a .PAY registration for fraud prevention?

Yes. Registry policy requires complete, accurate and current registration data. Use domain.pay for the registration path and keep your contact details up to date: https://domain.pay/register. Inaccurate data can create compliance and communication problems.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
