Frequently asked questions about tricks.dot

Why might a .PAY pre-order fail even after I pay when choosing settle.pay?

A .PAY pre-order can fail if the name is registered earlier, classified as premium, reserved, blocked, refused by registry policy or lost to another faster submission. Search and order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains, and review its credit/cash-refund options.

What can a SaaS do with tricks.dot for seat expansion?

When teams add seats, tricks.dot gives admins a trusted address to pay for the upgrade mid-contract. The payment-native name keeps expansion purchases on a familiar page. Start at https://domain.pay/register.

Can a reserved .PAY name become available later for crypto payments?

The .PAY registry may reserve, block, withhold or later release certain names under its policies. Check your exact label at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. If the name is unavailable, choose an alternative from the catalog or search another label.

Can I register tricks.dot if it's a premium name?

Yes — a premium tricks.dot is registrable; you just pay the registry's special wholesale price instead of the standard fee, shown before you confirm. Premium pricing is set by Amazon Registry Services and can change. Start registering tricks.dot at https://domain.pay/register.

Where can I see the exact .PAY premium price for bank.pay for point-of-sale payments?

Premium .PAY names can carry additional registry retail fees set by Amazon Registry Services. domain.pay says premium retail can vary by tier, so check the exact label before paying: https://domain.pay/pricing. The pre-order or fast-track fee does not make a premium name standard-priced.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
