Frequently asked questions about trequire.dot

Before choosing wallet.pay, can a licensee or assignee use a trademark for a .PAY registration?

Trademark owners can register matching .PAY names during the priority/Sunrise path if they meet TMCH/SMD and identical-match rules. Start at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. If you are not a trademark holder, use the pre-order path for broader access instead.

Why route affiliate payouts through trequire.dot?

Affiliates checking their earnings appreciate a stable, payment-native home, and trequire.dot delivers exactly that. A consistent .PAY payout address reduces confusion about where money is disbursed. Reserve it at https://domain.pay/register.

Could a lookalike .PAY domain harm customer trust?

.PAY is sensitive because it signals money movement, so lookalike domains can confuse customers. Check your exact brand and obvious variants at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. Registration is one brand-protection layer, not a full anti-phishing program.

What should I do if trequire.dot shows as reserved?

If trequire.dot shows reserved, you can't register it now, but you can monitor it in case Amazon Registry Services releases trequire.dot later. Consider close alternatives in the meantime. Registry status can change — re-check trequire.dot at https://domain.pay/domains.

Would settle.pay work as a payment brand when choosing settle.pay?

settle.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
