Frequently asked questions about tradehub.dot

Can domain.pay help me get TMCH/SMD support before the .PAY deadline for mobile money?

TMCH is the Trademark Clearinghouse. For .PAY priority registration, the trademark record must be validated and the registrant needs a matching SMD file. domain.pay can help start the fast-track or submission path: https://domain.pay/register. Begin early because TMCH handling takes time.

Are .PAY pre-orders for tradehub.dot refundable?

Pre-order attempts that fail are refundable for tradehub.dot under our stated refund policy. A successful registration is generally non-refundable because the registry has allocated the name. Read the policy before pre-ordering tradehub.dot at https://domain.pay/pricing.

Can I pre-register a .PAY name without a trademark for point-of-sale payments?

Yes. If you do not have a matching trademark, use domain.pay to pre-order a first-day registration attempt for broader availability: https://domain.pay/register. A pre-order is not a guarantee; the name may become unavailable, premium, reserved or blocked before submission.

How do I move tradehub.dot to a different nameserver or DNS host?

To switch DNS hosts for tradehub.dot, recreate your existing records at the new provider first, then update the nameservers for tradehub.dot at the registrar to the new ones. Keeping the zone identical avoids downtime during the cutover. Edit nameservers for tradehub.dot from /domains.

Is there VIP help for a large .PAY pre-order portfolio when choosing tap.pay?

domain.pay says customers with pre-orders over $8,888 may qualify for VIP handling, dedicated support and more tailored failed-registration solutions. Review the current VIP language on the pricing page: https://domain.pay/pricing. Large portfolios should still expect availability and premium checks.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
