Frequently asked questions about topsides.dot

Where do I enter the .PAY label I want to check for a checkout product manager?

Go to domain.pay and enter the .PAY label you want: https://domain.pay/register. The website checks availability and helps you choose between pre-order, trademark fast-track, or a different name if the label is already taken or premium.

Can I park topsides.dot with a coming-soon page before launch?

Yes. Point topsides.dot at a simple host serving a coming-soon page with valid HTTPS, and add a noindex tag if you don't want it indexed yet. This reserves the brand presence of topsides.dot while you build. Swap in the full site on topsides.dot when ready.

How much does it cost to pre-order a .PAY domain for mobile money?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

Can I check topsides.dot availability before launch?

You can check the status of topsides.dot on domain.pay before its launch phases and decide whether to pre-order. This helps you plan around sunrise and general availability for topsides.dot. Check it at https://domain.pay/domains.

For mobile money, does .PAY require payment-related use after registration?

Yes. The LRP policy says .PAY LRP names must be used in connection with payment-related services, and failure to demonstrate such use may lead to suspension or cancellation. Check the current path at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
