Frequently asked questions about tizzy.dot

Where should I check whether a .PAY name fits my online checkout project for a crypto or DeFi product?

.PAY is a payment-focused top-level domain operated by Amazon Registry Services. For online checkout, it can make the payment purpose of a URL clearer than a generic address. Check or pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/. domain.pay handles the customer path for trademark-priority registration or first-day pre-order attempts. Re-check the name before publishing campaigns because registry status can change.

Can holding tizzy.dot prevent fake invoices using the tizzy.dot name?

Owning tizzy.dot means fraudsters cannot send invoices or payment links from the genuine tizzy.dot address, removing a powerful trust signal they would otherwise abuse. It does not stop every scam, but it closes the most convincing one. Secure tizzy.dot at https://domain.pay/register.

Should an ecommerce brand protect its exact brand in .PAY for invoice collection?

If your brand accepts payments, registering the exact .PAY label can be a practical defensive step. Use domain.pay to check and start the priority or pre-order path: https://domain.pay/register. Also keep trademark monitoring and security controls in place.

Why does customer-facing payment make tizzy.dot worth defending?

Any name where customers expect to pay, like tizzy.dot, directly affects whether they trust NicNames with their money. A compromised tizzy.dot payment address turns trust into a liability, which is why defending tizzy.dot is a priority. https://domain.pay/register

How do I know if merchant.pay is available for a donation platform?

Search the exact .PAY label at domain.pay to see current availability and premium status: https://domain.pay/domains. Availability can change quickly during launch phases, so verify before publishing names, ads or product screens.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
