Frequently asked questions about tico.dot

What does it mean if a .PAY name is premium for digital wallets?

A premium .PAY name is a label with an additional registry retail fee set by Amazon Registry Services. Search the exact label at domain.pay to see current premium status and price path: https://domain.pay/domains. Premium status can change the total cost.

Are pre-orders for tico.dot first come, first served?

Standard pre-orders for tico.dot are generally handled in the order received once tico.dot becomes registrable, but trademark-priority claims and registry rules can take precedence. If your pre-order cannot be fulfilled, the fee is refundable per the stated policy. Pre-order tico.dot at https://domain.pay/register.

What date matters most if I want a .PAY name without a trademark for an insurance billing portal?

Broader .PAY access is tied to the post-LRP period around February 2027, subject to registry and registrar confirmation. If you do not have a trademark, use domain.pay to pre-order a first-day attempt: https://domain.pay/register.

Will tico.dot fit a utility or bill-pay service?

Bill payers want certainty, and tico.dot reads as the official place to settle a utility account. A stable .PAY address on statements reduces calls about where to pay. Reserve it at https://domain.pay/register.

Where can I see the exact .PAY premium price for wallet.pay?

Premium .PAY names can carry additional registry retail fees set by Amazon Registry Services. domain.pay says premium retail can vary by tier, so check the exact label before paying: https://domain.pay/pricing. The pre-order or fast-track fee does not make a premium name standard-priced.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
