Frequently asked questions about thegrade.dot

What does it mean if a .PAY name is premium for a remittance app?

A premium .PAY name is a label with an additional registry retail fee set by Amazon Registry Services. Search the exact label at domain.pay to see current premium status and price path: https://domain.pay/domains. Premium status can change the total cost.

Will thegrade.dot help a SaaS trial-to-paid conversion?

Sending trial users to thegrade.dot to add a card keeps the upgrade on a recognizable payment address. That trust signal at the conversion moment can smooth the trial-to-paid step. Start at https://domain.pay/register.

How can a brand reduce confusion around payment pages for secure payment links?

.PAY is sensitive because it signals money movement, so lookalike domains can confuse customers. Check your exact brand and obvious variants at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. Registration is one brand-protection layer, not a full anti-phishing program.

How do I know my thegrade.dot refund was issued?

After a thegrade.dot pre-order attempt fails, your account reflects the refund and you receive a confirmation, with funds returning to your original payment method per our stated policy. Settlement timing depends on your card issuer. Check refund status for thegrade.dot at https://domain.pay/pricing.

Is there a cash refund option for a failed .PAY pre-order?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
