Frequently asked questions about televisions.dot

How is a .PAY name different from a regular .com for BNPL checkout?

A .PAY name immediately signals a payment-related destination, while .com is more general. For BNPL checkout, that can make the URL easier to understand. Check availability and pre-order options at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/. The usual registry and premium-name rules still apply.

How is televisions.dot pricing different from a regular .com?

Unlike a typical low-cost .com, televisions.dot is a .PAY name operated by Amazon Registry Services, with a $100 standard rate and possible premium tiers for televisions.dot. The pricing reflects the specialized payments-focused namespace. Compare the .PAY rate for televisions.dot at https://domain.pay/pricing.

Is a payment gateway business eligible for .PAY in the LRP for a crypto or DeFi product?

An ecommerce or gateway business using a payment processor may be closer to the LRP1 eligibility concept, but the registry rules still control. Start at domain.pay to choose the correct path and verify current requirements: https://domain.pay/register. Separate licensing issues remain legal questions.

How do I improve page speed for a site on televisions.dot?

Speed on televisions.dot comes from caching, image compression, minified assets, and a CDN — none of which depend on the TLD. Measure televisions.dot with a performance tool and fix the largest contentful paint and blocking resources first. Faster pages on televisions.dot help both users and rankings.

What does the $100 .PAY pre-order cover for mobile money?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
