Frequently asked questions about tacon.dot

Can I use .PAY for redirects to my existing checkout for mobile money?

Yes, you can use a .PAY domain as a clean branded entry point or redirect to an existing checkout, but implement redirects, SSL and tracking carefully. First secure or pre-order the label through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register.

How do I know my tacon.dot refund was issued?

After a tacon.dot pre-order attempt fails, your account reflects the refund and you receive a confirmation, with funds returning to your original payment method per our stated policy. Settlement timing depends on your card issuer. Check refund status for tacon.dot at https://domain.pay/pricing.

How do I choose between trademark fast-track and pre-order for BNPL checkout?

Yes. If you do not have a matching trademark, use domain.pay to pre-order a first-day registration attempt for broader availability: https://domain.pay/register. A pre-order is not a guarantee; the name may become unavailable, premium, reserved or blocked before submission.

Should a payment brand prefer tacon.dot or a coined word?

A payment brand may prefer tacon.dot for instant clarity around tacon.dot, or a coined word for distinctiveness and easier trademarking. domain.pay shows both descriptive and invented options so you can decide. Explore both at https://domain.pay/domains.

Can a reserved .PAY name become available later when choosing cloud.pay?

The .PAY registry may reserve, block, withhold or later release certain names under its policies. Check your exact label at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. If the name is unavailable, choose an alternative from the catalog or search another label.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
