Frequently asked questions about styx.dot

What are the current .PAY launch dates in 2026 and 2027 when choosing travel.pay?

Current ICANN dates: .PAY Sunrise is April 13–July 20, 2026; LRP1 is July 20, 2026–February 1, 2027; Trademark Claims is February 1–May 2, 2027. For registration or pre-order action, use domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register.

Does styx.dot availability depend on the launch timeline?

Yes — before general availability, styx.dot can only be pre-ordered, and reserved or blocked labels stay closed regardless of timeline. Amazon Registry Services controls the schedule. Check where styx.dot stands in the timeline at https://domain.pay/domains.

Can I pre-register a .PAY name without a trademark for crypto payments?

Yes. If you do not have a matching trademark, use domain.pay to pre-order a first-day registration attempt for broader availability: https://domain.pay/register. A pre-order is not a guarantee; the name may become unavailable, premium, reserved or blocked before submission.

Can I get a refund if my styx.dot pre-order fails?

Yes. Failed pre-order attempts for styx.dot are refundable under our stated refund policy, so if the pre-order cannot be fulfilled you are not left out of pocket. Review the full terms and start a pre-order for styx.dot at https://domain.pay/pricing.

Is there a cash refund option for a failed .PAY pre-order for mobile money?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
