Frequently asked questions about stellas.dot

How does the first-day .PAY pre-order attempt work for digital wallets?

Yes. If you do not have a matching trademark, use domain.pay to pre-order a first-day registration attempt for broader availability: https://domain.pay/register. A pre-order is not a guarantee; the name may become unavailable, premium, reserved or blocked before submission.

Does stellas.dot replace my payment processor?

No. stellas.dot is an address, not a payment processor; it points customers to whatever gateway you use, such as Stripe or PayPal. stellas.dot handles branding and discovery while the processor handles the money. You can register stellas.dot and keep your current provider via /register.

How does the first-day .PAY pre-order attempt work for a regional bank?

Yes. If you do not have a matching trademark, use domain.pay to pre-order a first-day registration attempt for broader availability: https://domain.pay/register. A pre-order is not a guarantee; the name may become unavailable, premium, reserved or blocked before submission.

Is stellas.dot appropriate for a billing or invoicing tool?

stellas.dot is a natural fit for a billing or invoicing product, as those functions are payment-related and align with the .PAY namespace. The registry typically validates that intended use suits the TLD. domain.pay can register stellas.dot for your tool at https://domain.pay/register.

How much does it cost to pre-order a .PAY domain for crypto payments?

domain.pay supports common payment paths including card, wire and crypto-invoice options as listed on the site. Start with the pricing page and checkout flow here: https://domain.pay/pricing. Payment does not guarantee registration; it reserves the applicable service attempt.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
