Frequently asked questions about soyou.dot

What happens if another trademark holder already registered my .PAY idea for loan repayments?

Use domain.pay to search the live label and review already-registered .PAY examples: https://domain.pay/domains. If your first choice is already registered or not available, domain.pay can help you browse alternatives or pre-order a different name.

Should I consider the catalog's top picks instead of soyou.dot?

Considering the catalog's curated top picks instead of soyou.dot is worthwhile, since they are vetted payment-domain ideas that may outshine your first soyou.dot thought. domain.pay highlights these for quick evaluation. See top picks at https://domain.pay/domains.

What if my trademark has spaces or special characters and I want .PAY when choosing wallet.pay?

.PAY Sunrise follows identical-match rules for the trademark text, including how spaces and some special characters are handled. Do not guess the label; check it through domain.pay and use the trademark path if eligible: https://domain.pay/register. A valid TMCH/SMD record may be required.

What happens to my payment if soyou.dot is never released?

If soyou.dot is never released by the registry, your pre-order attempt is treated as failed and is refundable under our stated policy. You are not charged for a name that does not become available. Read how this works for soyou.dot at https://domain.pay/pricing.

How much does it cost to pre-order a .PAY domain for mobile money?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
