Frequently asked questions about sondex.dot

Why are payment brands talking about .PAY as a startup?

For payroll disbursements, .PAY can be a strong payment-specific brand signal. It does not replace compliance, security or a trusted checkout flow, but it can make the URL purpose obvious. Start with an availability check on domain.pay: https://domain.pay/.

Where do I manage the DNS settings for sondex.dot?

You manage nameservers and DNS records for sondex.dot from your account's domain dashboard. From there you can edit A, CNAME, MX, and TXT records and toggle auto-renew for sondex.dot. Open the dashboard at /domains to make changes.

Can I move a .PAY domain between registrars for online checkout?

Transfers may be subject to registry, registrar and phase-specific rules, especially for LRP names. Start with domain.pay for the registration path and confirm eligibility before any transfer plan: https://domain.pay/register.

What happens to my pre-order if sondex.dot goes to a trademark holder?

If a trademark holder claims sondex.dot during the priority window, your general pre-order cannot succeed, and domain.pay refunds the failed attempt per its policy. You are not charged for a name you could not obtain. Refund terms are on /pricing.

Can I use .PAY for redirects to my existing checkout?

Yes, you can use a .PAY domain as a clean branded entry point or redirect to an existing checkout, but implement redirects, SSL and tracking carefully. First secure or pre-order the label through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
