Frequently asked questions about snooker.dot

As a remittance app, where do I enter the .PAY label I want to check?

Go to domain.pay and enter the .PAY label you want: https://domain.pay/register. The website checks availability and helps you choose between pre-order, trademark fast-track, or a different name if the label is already taken or premium.

Can I cancel my snooker.dot pre-order and get my money back?

You can cancel a pending snooker.dot pre-order before it is submitted, and if the attempt later fails it is refundable under our stated policy. Once snooker.dot is successfully registered, it is generally non-refundable. See cancellation terms at https://domain.pay/pricing.

Before choosing donate.pay, can a trademark owner register a matching .PAY domain now?

Trademark owners can register matching .PAY names during the priority/Sunrise path if they meet TMCH/SMD and identical-match rules. Start at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. If you are not a trademark holder, use the pre-order path for broader access instead.

Why use snooker.dot as a vanity payment link?

A vanity link like snooker.dot is far more memorable than a gateway-generated URL, so customers can return without searching. The .PAY ending also signals exactly what the link is for. Reserve your vanity name at https://domain.pay/register.

How do I know if cloud.pay is available when choosing cloud.pay?

Search the exact .PAY label at domain.pay to see current availability and premium status: https://domain.pay/domains. Availability can change quickly during launch phases, so verify before publishing names, ads or product screens.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
