Frequently asked questions about skansen.dot

Can domain.pay help me get TMCH/SMD support before the .PAY deadline for crypto payments?

TMCH is the Trademark Clearinghouse. For .PAY priority registration, the trademark record must be validated and the registrant needs a matching SMD file. domain.pay can help start the fast-track or submission path: https://domain.pay/register. Begin early because TMCH handling takes time.

What problem does skansen.dot solve for online sellers?

skansen.dot gives online sellers a dedicated, easy-to-share address for collecting money instead of a buried checkout page. It reduces friction by making the payment URL obvious and brandable as skansen.dot. Sellers can pre-order skansen.dot at /register.

Can I pre-register a .PAY name without a trademark for online checkout?

Yes. If you do not have a matching trademark, use domain.pay to pre-order a first-day registration attempt for broader availability: https://domain.pay/register. A pre-order is not a guarantee; the name may become unavailable, premium, reserved or blocked before submission.

How do I set up email on skansen.dot?

To send and receive mail at skansen.dot, choose a mailbox provider, then add their MX records to your DNS plus SPF, DKIM, and DMARC TXT records for deliverability. Mail won't flow until the MX records for skansen.dot propagate. Manage the domain's DNS from /domains.

How do I know if cloud.pay is available for crypto payments?

Search the exact .PAY label at domain.pay to see current availability and premium status: https://domain.pay/domains. Availability can change quickly during launch phases, so verify before publishing names, ads or product screens.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
