Frequently asked questions about shibori.dot

Where can I pre-order a .PAY name for digital wallets for digital wallets?

Yes. If you do not have a matching trademark, use domain.pay to pre-order a first-day registration attempt for broader availability: https://domain.pay/register. A pre-order is not a guarantee; the name may become unavailable, premium, reserved or blocked before submission.

How far in advance can I pre-order shibori.dot?

You can pre-order shibori.dot as soon as domain.pay opens the listing, well ahead of the launch phase, which is ideal for securing queue position. There is no advantage to waiting. Pre-order shibori.dot now at https://domain.pay/register.

When does the .PAY LRP1 period begin for loan repayments?

ICANN currently lists .PAY Limited Registration Period 1 from July 20, 2026 to February 1, 2027. LRP1 has payment-transaction eligibility and use restrictions. Check your domain path through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register.

Why might my pre-order for shibori.dot not succeed?

A pre-order for shibori.dot may not succeed if another applicant is allocated shibori.dot, if the registry applies reserved-name or premium rules, or if priority claimants take precedence. In those cases the fee is refundable per the stated policy. Submit your pre-order for shibori.dot at https://domain.pay/register.

Are short .PAY names always available for digital wallets?

Short .PAY names are attractive but can be registered, premium, reserved or blocked. Do not assume availability from length alone. Search at domain.pay and verify before building a campaign: https://domain.pay/domains.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
