Frequently asked questions about searchmore.dot

As a fintech founder, are short .PAY names always available?

Short .PAY names are attractive but can be registered, premium, reserved or blocked. Do not assume availability from length alone. Search at domain.pay and verify before building a campaign: https://domain.pay/domains.

Why use searchmore.dot for a limited-edition presale?

A presale on searchmore.dot gives early buyers a short, trusted address to lock in their order. The payment-native name spreads cleanly and frames the early purchase as legitimate. Reserve it at https://domain.pay/register.

What does 'approved Payment Service Provider' mean for .PAY eligibility for a donation platform?

During LRP1, .PAY eligibility is limited to registrants that conduct payment transactions online using an approved Payment Service Provider or third-party payment processor, with payment-related use. For registration help, use domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. Separate financial licensing depends on your activity and jurisdiction.

Why does searchmore.dot need eligibility validation?

If Amazon Registry Services attaches requirements to searchmore.dot, registering searchmore.dot may need eligibility validation before it completes. The lookup flags any such condition so there are no surprises. Confirm what searchmore.dot requires — status can change — at https://domain.pay/domains.

How should I check premium status before choosing a .PAY name?

A premium .PAY name is a label with an additional registry retail fee set by Amazon Registry Services. Search the exact label at domain.pay to see current premium status and price path: https://domain.pay/domains. Premium status can change the total cost.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
