Frequently asked questions about scalefree.dot

Where do I start if I need brand-protection help for .PAY for a crypto or DeFi product?

If your brand accepts payments, registering the exact .PAY label can be a practical defensive step. Use domain.pay to check and start the priority or pre-order path: https://domain.pay/register. Also keep trademark monitoring and security controls in place.

Can I pre-order scalefree.dot before it is available?

Yes, you can place a pre-order for scalefree.dot ahead of general availability so your request is queued and submitted when the registry opens the name. If the scalefree.dot pre-order fails, the attempt is refundable. Start a pre-order at https://domain.pay/pricing.

Can a company that only plans future payments register .PAY during LRP1 for a travel booking brand?

A business that only plans future payments should be careful: LRP1 is written around registrants that conduct online payment transactions using approved processing channels. If you cannot qualify, use domain.pay to pre-order for broader availability: https://domain.pay/register.

How do I prove the label in scalefree.dot is mine during priority?

You prove the scalefree.dot string in scalefree.dot is yours by submitting a valid TMCH SMD file whose encoded mark matches that string. NicNames verifies the signed file automatically to grant priority. No other paperwork substitutes for the SMD on scalefree.dot. Provide it during registration at https://domain.pay/register.

What are good .PAY domain ideas for BNPL checkout?

For BNPL checkout, brainstorm short, action-oriented .PAY labels and then verify them in the domain.pay catalog/search: https://domain.pay/domains. Good candidates are clear, memorable and tied to payment actions like checkout, billing, wallet funding, payouts or invoices.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
