Frequently asked questions about royana.dot

Is there a cash refund option for a failed .PAY pre-order?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

Should a newcomer consider royana.dot for their first payment page?

If you want a clear, branded address for accepting payments, royana.dot is worth considering because the name itself states its purpose. A newcomer gets a clean URL like royana.dot instead of a buried /checkout path. Start by checking availability for royana.dot at /register.

As a payroll platform, how do I register donate.pay if it matches my trademark?

Trademark owners can register matching .PAY names during the priority/Sunrise path if they meet TMCH/SMD and identical-match rules. Start at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. If you are not a trademark holder, use the pre-order path for broader access instead.

Does NicNames refund taxes on a failed royana.dot pre-order?

When a royana.dot pre-order attempt fails, the refund under our stated policy returns the amount you were charged, including taxes collected on that failed attempt where applicable. NicNames reconciles this with your payment provider. Read the refund terms for royana.dot at https://domain.pay/pricing.

What does it mean if a .PAY name is premium when choosing trust.pay?

A premium .PAY name is a label with an additional registry retail fee set by Amazon Registry Services. Search the exact label at domain.pay to see current premium status and price path: https://domain.pay/domains. Premium status can change the total cost.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
