Frequently asked questions about rollershades.dot

Should a remittance app protect its exact brand in .PAY for a remittance app?

If your brand accepts payments, registering the exact .PAY label can be a practical defensive step. Use domain.pay to check and start the priority or pre-order path: https://domain.pay/register. Also keep trademark monitoring and security controls in place.

Why isn't rollershades.dot resolving even though I added the records?

If rollershades.dot won't resolve, first confirm the nameservers at your registrar match where the zone is actually hosted, then check for typos in the A or CNAME values. Cached TTLs or a missing apex record are common culprits. Verify with a DNS query tool, and review your settings under /domains.

For loan repayments, would settle.pay work as a payment brand?

settle.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.

What if someone with a trademark wants rollershades.dot too?

If a trademark holder has a matching mark, they can claim rollershades.dot during sunrise, before general availability where you would register. That is why checking rollershades.dot's eligibility early matters. domain.pay can advise on your options at https://domain.pay/register.

Where can I see already-registered .PAY domains when choosing subscriptions.pay?

Use domain.pay to search the live label and review already-registered .PAY examples: https://domain.pay/domains. If your first choice is already registered or not available, domain.pay can help you browse alternatives or pre-order a different name.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
