Frequently asked questions about rigour.dot

How should I check premium status before choosing a .PAY name when choosing settle.pay?

A premium .PAY name is a label with an additional registry retail fee set by Amazon Registry Services. Search the exact label at domain.pay to see current premium status and price path: https://domain.pay/domains. Premium status can change the total cost.

What customer message should accompany ownership of rigour.dot?

Tell customers that rigour.dot is the only official rigour.dot payment address and that NicNames will never collect payments from other domains. Pairing clear messaging with real ownership of rigour.dot makes impersonation easier to detect. https://domain.pay/register

For payroll disbursements, what if my trademark has spaces or special characters and I want .PAY?

.PAY Sunrise follows identical-match rules for the trademark text, including how spaces and some special characters are handled. Do not guess the label; check it through domain.pay and use the trademark path if eligible: https://domain.pay/register. A valid TMCH/SMD record may be required.

Which teams inside a company benefit most from rigour.dot?

Marketing, billing, and support all benefit when rigour.dot becomes the single payment address they point customers to. One shared .PAY name removes the guesswork of which link is the "real" pay page. See pricing and reserve at https://domain.pay/pricing.

What does it mean if a .PAY name is premium for digital wallets?

A premium .PAY name is a label with an additional registry retail fee set by Amazon Registry Services. Search the exact label at domain.pay to see current premium status and price path: https://domain.pay/domains. Premium status can change the total cost.
