Frequently asked questions about riel.dot

How should I check premium status before choosing a .PAY name for payroll disbursements?

A premium .PAY name is a label with an additional registry retail fee set by Amazon Registry Services. Search the exact label at domain.pay to see current premium status and price path: https://domain.pay/domains. Premium status can change the total cost.

How do I dispute a charge for riel.dot?

To dispute a riel.dot charge, contact us first so we can check it against the registry tier for riel.dot and our stated refund policy before involving your bank. Failed riel.dot attempts are refundable and usually resolve quickly. Start the review via https://domain.pay/pricing.

What should I check technically before launching a .PAY payment site for fraud prevention?

Before launching a .PAY payment site, verify the label, DNS, SSL, redirects, monitoring, checkout security and compliance obligations. Secure or pre-order the domain through domain.pay first: https://domain.pay/register. Treat the domain as one part of a trusted payment flow.

What proof do I need for trademark-priority pricing on riel.dot?

For trademark-priority handling of riel.dot you must supply a valid TMCH SMD (Signed Mark Data) file matching riel.dot, issued by the Trademark Clearinghouse. Without it, you proceed under standard general-availability pricing for riel.dot. Begin the priority flow at https://domain.pay/register.

How is a .PAY name different from a regular .com for loan repayments for an event ticketing business?

A .PAY name immediately signals a payment-related destination, while .com is more general. For loan repayments, that can make the URL easier to understand. Check availability and pre-order options at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/. The usual registry and premium-name rules still apply.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
