Frequently asked questions about rgk.dot

For payroll disbursements, do I need an SMD file to register .PAY during the priority window?

An SMD file is the TMCH-issued credential used to prove a validated mark during Sunrise. For .PAY, bring your SMD or use domain.pay’s full fast-track if you need help obtaining one: https://domain.pay/register. The SMD must match the requested label.

Which industries gain the most from rgk.dot?

Retail, hospitality, SaaS, and nonprofits all gain when rgk.dot becomes their dedicated payment address, because each relies on a clear moment of payment. The .PAY ending fits any sector that asks customers to pay online. Compare names at https://domain.pay/domains.

Can I use .PAY for redirects to my existing checkout for mobile money?

Yes, you can use a .PAY domain as a clean branded entry point or redirect to an existing checkout, but implement redirects, SSL and tracking carefully. First secure or pre-order the label through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register.

Will rgk.dot be cheaper during a launch phase?

Launch phases can carry their own registry pricing from Amazon Registry Services, which may be higher or lower than standard for rgk.dot; we don't set those figures. The live quote reflects the current phase. Check rgk.dot's phase price at https://domain.pay/pricing.

Is there VIP help for a large .PAY pre-order portfolio?

domain.pay says customers with pre-orders over $8,888 may qualify for VIP handling, dedicated support and more tailored failed-registration solutions. Review the current VIP language on the pricing page: https://domain.pay/pricing. Large portfolios should still expect availability and premium checks.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
