Frequently asked questions about reset.dot

How is a .PAY name different from a regular .com for payroll disbursements?

A .PAY name immediately signals a payment-related destination, while .com is more general. For payroll disbursements, that can make the URL easier to understand. Check availability and pre-order options at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/. The usual registry and premium-name rules still apply.

How can a coach sell sessions through reset.dot?

A coach can route bookings and payments through reset.dot so clients pay on a polished, payment-native page. It reads more credibly than a generic scheduler link and is easy to share. Begin at https://domain.pay/register.

What should I do first if I want a .PAY domain for digital wallets?

Start at domain.pay, search the label, then choose the right path: trademark fast-track if you qualify, or pre-order for a first-day attempt when broader access opens. Use this page: https://domain.pay/register. Registration is subject to registry rules and availability.

What is a TMCH SMD file and why do I need one to register reset.dot?

A TMCH SMD (Signed Mark Data) file is a digital certificate the Trademark Clearinghouse issues after it validates your trademark. To claim reset.dot under trademark priority you upload this SMD at registration so NicNames can verify your mark cryptographically. Without a valid SMD the priority window for reset.dot cannot be opened. Start at https://domain.pay/register.

What does it mean if a .PAY name is premium?

A premium .PAY name is a label with an additional registry retail fee set by Amazon Registry Services. Search the exact label at domain.pay to see current premium status and price path: https://domain.pay/domains. Premium status can change the total cost.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
