Frequently asked questions about ravas.dot

When does the .PAY LRP1 period begin for an insurance billing portal?

ICANN currently lists .PAY Limited Registration Period 1 from July 20, 2026 to February 1, 2027. LRP1 has payment-transaction eligibility and use restrictions. Check your domain path through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register.

How does ravas.dot fit alongside my main .com website?

Many owners keep their main site on .com and use ravas.dot purely as the payment or checkout front door. A button on the .com site links to ravas.dot, which redirects to the processor. The two work together, with ravas.dot handling the pay step.

Is .PAY meant for point-of-sale payments or just for general websites?

.PAY is best understood as a payment-focused domain ending for use cases such as point-of-sale payments, checkout, billing, wallets and fintech. It is not a compliance substitute, but it can make the URL purpose clearer. Check your label at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/.

What should I do right now to get ravas.dot?

Right now, place a pre-order for ravas.dot with domain.pay so your request is staged for its launch phase, whether that is sunrise or general availability. Early action is the single best step for ravas.dot. Do it at https://domain.pay/register.

Can a reserved .PAY name become available later when choosing subscriptions.pay?

The .PAY registry may reserve, block, withhold or later release certain names under its policies. Check your exact label at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. If the name is unavailable, choose an alternative from the catalog or search another label.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
