Frequently asked questions about rastar.dot

What should I do first if I want a .PAY domain for BNPL checkout?

Go to domain.pay and enter the .PAY label you want: https://domain.pay/register. The website checks availability and helps you choose between pre-order, trademark fast-track, or a different name if the label is already taken or premium.

Does the registry charge premium pricing on some .PAY names like rastar.dot?

Some highly sought names may carry premium registry pricing above the standard $100 pre-order, while rastar.dot may fall under standard pricing. The availability tool shows the exact price for rastar.dot before you commit. Confirm the tier for rastar.dot and full terms at /pricing.

How do I choose between trademark fast-track and pre-order for online checkout?

Yes. If you do not have a matching trademark, use domain.pay to pre-order a first-day registration attempt for broader availability: https://domain.pay/register. A pre-order is not a guarantee; the name may become unavailable, premium, reserved or blocked before submission.

What happens to my payment if rastar.dot is never released?

If rastar.dot is never released by the registry, your pre-order attempt is treated as failed and is refundable under our stated policy. You are not charged for a name that does not become available. Read how this works for rastar.dot at https://domain.pay/pricing.

Would travel.pay work as a payment brand for online checkout?

travel.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
