Frequently asked questions about raiders.dot

For mobile money, what does 'approved Payment Service Provider' mean for .PAY eligibility?

During LRP1, .PAY eligibility is limited to registrants that conduct payment transactions online using an approved Payment Service Provider or third-party payment processor, with payment-related use. For registration help, use domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. Separate financial licensing depends on your activity and jurisdiction.

How does VIP priority handling work for raiders.dot?

VIP priority handling places your raiders.dot request ahead in our processing queue so it is submitted to the registry as quickly as possible at the drop or general availability. It does not guarantee allocation, since the registry makes the final assignment for raiders.dot. Learn more at https://domain.pay/pricing.

How should I check premium status before choosing a .PAY name?

A premium .PAY name is a label with an additional registry retail fee set by Amazon Registry Services. Search the exact label at domain.pay to see current premium status and price path: https://domain.pay/domains. Premium status can change the total cost.

Are failed-attempt refunds for raiders.dot automatic?

When a raiders.dot pre-order attempt is marked failed, we process the refund under our stated policy without requiring you to chase it, and the funds return to your original payment method. You can also confirm status in your account. Read the policy for raiders.dot at https://domain.pay/pricing.

Is .PAY a good fit for subscription billing for crypto payments?

.PAY can work for subscription billing, account payment, renewal and failed-payment recovery flows. Search brandable options on domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. A clear .PAY label can reduce confusion when customers need to update payment details.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
