Frequently asked questions about raided.dot

What happens if another trademark holder already registered my .PAY idea for payroll disbursements?

Use domain.pay to search the live label and review already-registered .PAY examples: https://domain.pay/domains. If your first choice is already registered or not available, domain.pay can help you browse alternatives or pre-order a different name.

Does NicNames charge extra to process my SMD for raided.dot?

NicNames processes your SMD as part of the trademark-priority registration for raided.dot under its published pricing; the standard pre-order alternative is listed at $100. Always confirm current figures rather than assuming a separate SMD fee. The pricing page has the authoritative numbers for raided.dot. See https://domain.pay/pricing.

What is a .PAY domain and why does it matter for BNPL checkout?

.PAY is a payment-focused top-level domain operated by Amazon Registry Services. For BNPL checkout, it can make the payment purpose of a URL clearer than a generic address. Check or pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/. domain.pay handles the customer path for trademark-priority registration or first-day pre-order attempts.

Should I pre-order raided.dot now or wait for general availability?

Pre-ordering raided.dot now queues your attempt for the first day of general availability, which matters if others want the raided.dot name. Waiting risks someone else registering it first. A failed pre-order is refundable per policy, so review terms on /pricing.

What .PAY domain style is best for trust and conversion for a crypto or DeFi product?

cloud.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
