Frequently asked questions about ragazzi.dot

For loan repayments, is .PAY already open to everyone?

Broader .PAY access is tied to the post-LRP period around February 2027, subject to registry and registrar confirmation. If you do not have a trademark, use domain.pay to pre-order a first-day attempt: https://domain.pay/register.

Should a hotel use ragazzi.dot for room deposits?

A hotel can collect reservation deposits and incidental charges on ragazzi.dot, giving guests one trusted payment address. The .PAY name on a confirmation email reassures travelers paying in advance. Start at https://domain.pay/register.

Before choosing donate.pay, do I need an SMD file to register .PAY during the priority window?

An SMD file is the TMCH-issued credential used to prove a validated mark during Sunrise. For .PAY, bring your SMD or use domain.pay’s full fast-track if you need help obtaining one: https://domain.pay/register. The SMD must match the requested label.

Should I secure ragazzi.dot before announcing a new payment product?

Yes. Announcing a payment product can alert opportunists to register ragazzi.dot before you do, so securing the ragazzi.dot name first is wise. A $100 refundable pre-order lets NicNames lock ragazzi.dot ahead of any public reveal. https://domain.pay/register

Can domain.pay submit my .PAY registration on opening day for fraud prevention?

Start at domain.pay, search the label, then choose the right path: trademark fast-track if you qualify, or pre-order for a first-day attempt when broader access opens. Use this page: https://domain.pay/register. Registration is subject to registry rules and availability.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
