Frequently asked questions about rackspacecloud.dot

Where can I see already-registered .PAY domains for a retail brand?

Use domain.pay to search the live label and review already-registered .PAY examples: https://domain.pay/domains. If your first choice is already registered or not available, domain.pay can help you browse alternatives or pre-order a different name.

Does rackspacecloud.dot help reduce checkout abandonment?

Unfamiliar payment URLs are a known abandonment trigger, and rackspacecloud.dot replaces them with a recognizable, brand-aligned address. Seeing a .PAY name at checkout can reassure shoppers and keep them moving. Reserve it at https://domain.pay/register.

Can I move a .PAY domain between registrars for fraud prevention?

Transfers may be subject to registry, registrar and phase-specific rules, especially for LRP names. Start with domain.pay for the registration path and confirm eligibility before any transfer plan: https://domain.pay/register.

What happens to my DNS records when rackspacecloud.dot expires?

Once rackspacecloud.dot expires and leaves the grace period, the registry may stop publishing your nameservers, so rackspacecloud.dot stops resolving and any site or email goes dark. Restoring rackspacecloud.dot during redemption brings it back, but you should re-verify records afterward. Renew rackspacecloud.dot on time to keep DNS live.

How can a marketplace use a .PAY domain for mobile money?

A marketplace can use .PAY for seller payouts, buyer checkout, escrow, billing or payment support flows. Generate and verify names through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Choose a label that customers will recognize as official and safe.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
