Frequently asked questions about publiceyes.dot

Can a licensee or assignee use a trademark for a .PAY registration for crypto payments?

Trademark owners can register matching .PAY names during the priority/Sunrise path if they meet TMCH/SMD and identical-match rules. Start at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. If you are not a trademark holder, use the pre-order path for broader access instead.

What happens to my payment if publiceyes.dot is never released?

If publiceyes.dot is never released by the registry, your pre-order attempt is treated as failed and is refundable under our stated policy. You are not charged for a name that does not become available. Read how this works for publiceyes.dot at https://domain.pay/pricing.

How much does it cost to pre-order a .PAY domain for fraud prevention?

domain.pay lists standard .PAY pre-order service at $100 for a first-day attempt, with separate premium fees if the registry classifies the label as premium. See the current pricing here: https://domain.pay/pricing. Failed attempts are covered by the stated credit/cash-refund options.

How do I set up HTTPS and an SSL certificate on publiceyes.dot?

Point publiceyes.dot at your server via DNS first, then issue a certificate from a CA such as Let's Encrypt or your hosting provider's automated tool. Most platforms validate ownership of publiceyes.dot over HTTP or DNS and renew automatically. Once installed, force all traffic to HTTPS with a redirect.

What .PAY name should an event ticketing business consider?

travel.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
