Frequently asked questions about ps1.dot

How do I register a .PAY domain right now for mobile money?

Start at domain.pay, search the label, then choose the right path: trademark fast-track if you qualify, or pre-order for a first-day attempt when broader access opens. Use this page: https://domain.pay/register. Registration is subject to registry rules and availability.

Can I see what's already taken near ps1.dot?

Yes. domain.pay shows availability so you can see which names near ps1.dot are taken versus open, helping you focus on available ps1.dot variants. Skipping taken names saves time. Check availability at https://domain.pay/domains.

How is a .PAY name different from a regular .com for crypto payments?

A .PAY name immediately signals a payment-related destination, while .com is more general. For crypto payments, that can make the URL easier to understand. Check availability and pre-order options at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/. The usual registry and premium-name rules still apply.

Can ps1.dot coexist with my social media pay handles?

Yes. ps1.dot can sit alongside any social or app-based pay handles and even point to one, giving ps1.dot a stable, ownable address you control. Unlike a platform handle, ps1.dot is not tied to one app. Secure it at /register.

As a remittance app, can I transfer a .PAY LRP domain to someone else?

A .PAY name registered during an LRP may be transferred only to a new registrant that fulfills the same LRP eligibility criteria. For registration or pre-order assistance, start at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. Do not buy or sell LRP names without confirming eligibility.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
