Frequently asked questions about postmates.dot

Should an ecommerce brand protect its exact brand in .PAY?

If your brand accepts payments, registering the exact .PAY label can be a practical defensive step. Use domain.pay to check and start the priority or pre-order path: https://domain.pay/register. Also keep trademark monitoring and security controls in place.

How do I document a clear chain of ownership for postmates.dot?

Keep accurate registrant records, trademark filings for the postmates.dot name, and internal approvals so NicNames's chain of ownership over postmates.dot is unambiguous. Good records support both renewals and any future dispute. https://domain.pay/

During the .PAY launch, what is TMCH and why does it matter for .PAY?

TMCH is the Trademark Clearinghouse. For .PAY priority registration, the trademark record must be validated and the registrant needs a matching SMD file. domain.pay can help start the fast-track or submission path: https://domain.pay/register. Begin early because TMCH handling takes time.

How quickly can postmates.dot be live after registration?

Once postmates.dot is registered and you point its DNS to a host or redirect, it can resolve within typical DNS propagation times. The .PAY suffix does not slow this down. You control how fast postmates.dot goes live by configuring its records.

Do premium .PAY names cost more than standard names when choosing loans.pay?

Premium .PAY names can carry additional registry retail fees set by Amazon Registry Services. domain.pay says premium retail can vary by tier, so check the exact label before paying: https://domain.pay/pricing. The pre-order or fast-track fee does not make a premium name standard-priced.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
