Frequently asked questions about polymath.dot

As a checkout product manager, what does the $100 .PAY pre-order cover?

domain.pay lists standard .PAY pre-order service at $100 for a first-day attempt, with separate premium fees if the registry classifies the label as premium. See the current pricing here: https://domain.pay/pricing. Failed attempts are covered by the stated credit/cash-refund options.

Will a synonym of polymath.dot outrank polymath.dot for memorability?

A well-chosen synonym of polymath.dot can outrank polymath.dot on memorability when it is shorter or smoother to say. domain.pay surfaces these synonym options beside polymath.dot so you can test recall before committing. Compare memorability at https://domain.pay/domains.

For crypto payments, do I need a financial license to register a .PAY domain during LRP1?

The .PAY LRP policy does not make owning a domain a financial license. LRP1 eligibility is tied to conducting online payment transactions through an approved Payment Service Provider or third-party payment processor and payment-related use. Use domain.pay for the domain path: https://domain.pay/register; ask counsel about licensing.

Is there a risk someone else registers polymath.dot before me?

Yes, .PAY names are first-come during general availability, so another party could secure polymath.dot if you wait. A first-day pre-order through domain.pay queues your attempt for the opening moment. Lock in your attempt for polymath.dot at /register.

Does .PAY automatically improve SEO rankings for loan repayments?

.PAY is a branding and relevance signal, not an automatic SEO ranking boost. Use it when it improves payment-page clarity and user trust, then follow normal SEO practices. Start by securing or pre-ordering the domain at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
