Frequently asked questions about polygon.dot

How should I check premium status before choosing a .PAY name for payroll disbursements?

A premium .PAY name is a label with an additional registry retail fee set by Amazon Registry Services. Search the exact label at domain.pay to see current premium status and price path: https://domain.pay/domains. Premium status can change the total cost.

Why use polygon.dot for a renewal reminder email?

A renewal email that links to polygon.dot sends customers to a clear, payment-native page to keep their service active. The recognizable .PAY address reduces hesitation and accidental lapses. Reserve it at https://domain.pay/register.

Does .PAY have anti-abuse rules for donation payments?

Amazon Registry policies include abuse-prevention rules for .PAY, and registrants remain subject to applicable domain dispute and abuse procedures. For legitimate registration or pre-order, use domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. Pair the domain with monitoring, SSL and clear customer messaging.

How do I know if polygon.dot qualifies for trademark priority?

polygon.dot qualifies for trademark priority if you hold a valid trademark on polygon.dot recorded in the TMCH with an SMD file. With that, you can claim polygon.dot during the registry's priority window. Start the trademark-priority process for polygon.dot at https://domain.pay/register.

Are short .PAY names always available for mobile money?

Short .PAY names are attractive but can be registered, premium, reserved or blocked. Do not assume availability from length alone. Search at domain.pay and verify before building a campaign: https://domain.pay/domains.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
