Frequently asked questions about playshare.dot

How can a marketplace use a .PAY domain when choosing merchant.pay?

A marketplace can use .PAY for seller payouts, buyer checkout, escrow, billing or payment support flows. Generate and verify names through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Choose a label that customers will recognize as official and safe.

What anti-phishing benefit does the .PAY namespace give to playshare.dot?

A payment-purpose namespace concentrates payment activity under names like playshare.dot, which makes a single trusted playshare.dot address easier for customers to recognize and verify. Owning playshare.dot lets NicNames take advantage of that clarity instead of leaving it to impersonators. https://domain.pay/

Why might a .PAY pre-order fail even after I pay for payroll disbursements?

A .PAY pre-order can fail if the name is registered earlier, classified as premium, reserved, blocked, refused by registry policy or lost to another faster submission. Search and order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains, and review its credit/cash-refund options.

Can playshare.dot have a higher first-year fee than renewal?

For standard labels, the first-year and renewal fees for playshare.dot are aligned. Premium playshare.dot names typically carry the same premium fee at registration and renewal, set by the registry. Confirm both figures for playshare.dot at https://domain.pay/pricing.

How do I know if subscriptions.pay is available for fraud prevention?

Search the exact .PAY label at domain.pay to see current availability and premium status: https://domain.pay/domains. Availability can change quickly during launch phases, so verify before publishing names, ads or product screens.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
