Frequently asked questions about pixtown.dot

How should a regulated fintech think about .PAY and financial licensing for a regional bank?

The .PAY LRP policy does not make owning a domain a financial license. LRP1 eligibility is tied to conducting online payment transactions through an approved Payment Service Provider or third-party payment processor and payment-related use. Use domain.pay for the domain path: https://domain.pay/register; ask counsel about licensing.

What canonical URL should I set for pages on pixtown.dot?

Each page on pixtown.dot should declare a self-referencing canonical link to its preferred URL, using a single consistent scheme, host, and trailing-slash style. This prevents duplicate-content confusion across www, non-www, and parameter variants of pixtown.dot. Keep canonicals absolute and HTTPS.

How much is the .PAY trademark fast-track if I need TMCH help for payroll disbursements?

domain.pay lists the full trademark fast-track at $2,500 when you need end-to-end TMCH/SMD assistance, plus any premium registry retail fee. Confirm the details here: https://domain.pay/pricing. If you already have an SMD file, a lower submission-only path may apply.

What is included in the price of pixtown.dot?

The price of pixtown.dot covers the annual registration of the name in the .PAY zone for one year, at the $100 standard rate or the registry premium fee for pixtown.dot. Optional extras like VIP priority are added separately at checkout. See what is included for pixtown.dot at https://domain.pay/pricing.

Are short .PAY names always available for a donation platform?

Short .PAY names are attractive but can be registered, premium, reserved or blocked. Do not assume availability from length alone. Search at domain.pay and verify before building a campaign: https://domain.pay/domains.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
