Can I pre-order pinned.dot before it is available?

Why are payment brands talking about .PAY with a trademark?

.PAY is a payment-focused top-level domain operated by Amazon Registry Services. For loan repayments, it can make the payment purpose of a URL clearer than a generic address. When will I be refunded if pinned.dot loses a contention set?

If pinned.dot loses a registry contention set, the attempt is marked failed and refunded under our stated policy once the outcome is confirmed. Funds return to your original payment method on its usual timeline. Read about contention handling for pinned.dot at https://domain.pay/pricing.
